This module is designed for statistical survey over paid community members. In a new Tab in the Tools section which is called User Monitor the administrator can set up the profiles of the users he would like to monitor. The search for such users is similar to the search procedure in the Members menu. In the found search results he can mark the users he’s like to monitor. It is possible to monitor every user on its own, or it’s also possible to group some users and monitor them together in the group.

In the settings the administrator can also set up the information he wants to monitor:

• Login / Logout Timestamps
• Number of Mails sent
• Number of Mails received
• List of the Mails sent
• List of the Mails received
• List of the Blog Entries sent
• List of the Classifieds posted
• List of the posted pictures
• List of the posted music pieces
• List of the posted videos
• List of the people present during login of the monitored member

There is a list with the number of entries behind the list of the profiles (and groups of profiles) being monitored. This number is a lookup-link to see the details.

In the administration process it’s possible to set up the period the logging data should be kept for. The older entries are being deleted once a day.
