Advanced FAQ System allows you to combine the page with answers for the users’ questions with the feedback form. It’s convenient both for the users and for the administrator because the user can easily get the answer for his question, while the administrator can answer it on-the-fly.

The distinctive feature of this module is that the user, who could not find the answer on his question on the FAQ Page, shall be able to ask the administrator on the same page. The administrator can see all asked questions in the FAQ Page control section. With a single click he can place the question and answer in one category or several suitable categories simultaneously. Please, note that in the standard FAQ module you’ll not have the option of placing the same question and answer in the different categories.

The standard FAQ module does not support WYSIWYG editor. The Advanced FAQ System includes TinyMCE editor, which gives the administrator lot more options for formatting of the content.

There is an additional block in the Page Builder which, as well as other site elements, can be placed in any position convenient for you, and it shall be reflected on the stated page. This block shows the last most popular, that is the most looked through, pages. There will also appear additional block in the Menu Builder. Thus, you can place the link to FAQ Page in the place you need.

The module has its own CSS file, so it easily can be adapted to any design without changes in the internal code.

The module is very simple to install. All you need is to copy the files into the directory the Dolphin is installed in, to launch the automatic installation script, to add one line into the standard params.inc.php file, and to add several lines to the CSS file, general.css, for formatting of the most popular questions block.
