Diff Nicks Colors
Diff Nicks Colors
This mod helps you set different colors for male and female nicknames. It will help you see the user’s real gender if a gender-neutral avatar is set (e.g. a cat or dog). This is quite useful since users often prefer using abstract images that have nothing to do with their outer appearance as their avatars.

In such a case, learning the user’s gender requires visiting their profile. This module makes it easy to tell who is who and saves you the time it would take to look through such users’ profiles, allowing you to focus on the field at hand.

You can set various colors for both genders to match your site’s color scheme. The way to accomplish this is described in the detailed module installation instructions that come with the product.

I think you should do one where admin can set name color based on membership level.

Admin a different color, moderator a different color, gold user a different color etc. and standard user a different color.

People can tell who's male or female even if they don't have their face pics on them.

Colored from My City
Colored from My City
Who is from my city? This module will make it possible to answer that question at a glimpse. This mod highlights the nicknames of those users who are from the same city as you. It will help users to more easily identify people that live near to them.

It’s tough to find people closest to you in large social networks and communities where users’ geographical locations are spread far and wide. This module allows to highlight the nicknames of members who chose the same city as the user upon registration. The configuration file also makes it possible to allow the highlighting of nicknames for users who are located in the same country as the user, thus widening the geographical location field for members to highlight.

You can select any color for nickname highlighting as per the settings in the configuration file. How to do this is described in the detailed module installation instructions that come with the product.
